Verify the warranty status of your AmpereX battery. Enter the serial number from the battery label or the invoice number from your receipt.
Where do I find my details?
- Serial number — on the label on the side or back of the battery pack, usually starting with
AX-. - Invoice number — printed at the top of your AmpereX invoice or delivery slip.
- Phone number — for a service report you can search by the number the battery was registered or handed in against, instead of the serial.
Bought from AmpereX but not finding your record? Contact us with your invoice and we will register the unit for you.
