Where do I find my details?

Serial number — on the label on the side or back of the battery pack, usually starting with AX-.
Invoice number — printed at the top of your AmpereX invoice or delivery slip.

Bought from AmpereX but not finding your record? Contact us with your invoice and we will register the unit for you.
