These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you," or "your") and AmpereX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing or using our website, purchasing our battery products, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

These Terms include our Privacy Policy, warranty terms, and any other policies referenced herein, which are incorporated by reference.

Services

AmpereX provides a range of battery solutions and related services for automotive, industrial, and residential applications, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing and selling various types of batteries including lithium-ion, LiFePO4, and other battery technologies
• Battery installation and maintenance services
• Technical consultations and battery specifications
• Warranty services for AmpereX products
• Online resources and customer support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice or liability.

Purchase Policy

All purchases of AmpereX products are subject to the following terms:

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been made for business clients.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other third parties outside our control. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Custom or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless defective. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Warranty

AmpereX battery products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period, which varies by product type:

• Lithium-Ion Batteries: 3-year limited warranty
• LiFePO4 Batteries: 5-year limited warranty
• Solar Battery Systems: 5-year limited warranty
• E-Bike Batteries: 2-year limited warranty
• UPS Batteries: 2-year limited warranty

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or if the serial number or warranty seal has been removed or defaced.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase. Our sole obligation under this warranty will be, at our option, to repair or replace the defective product.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE, AMPEREX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of AmpereX or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of our website or its contents; (b) any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) any derivative use of our website or its contents; (d) any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (e) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we provide information on battery specifications, installation, and usage, we cannot guarantee that this information is completely accurate, current, or applicable to your specific situation. Users should consult with qualified professionals for their specific battery requirements.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AMPEREX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of our products caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other aspect of your relationship with AmpereX shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.
