How ordering and paying fit together
AmpereX does not take payment at an online checkout. You confirm the order with us first — on WhatsApp or through a quote request — and we confirm the amount payable, including delivery and any applicable charges. Every method below is paid against that confirmed order.
Orders are processed once the required payment has been received and verified, not at the moment a transfer is sent.
Pay only to details AmpereX gives you against your order. AmpereX does not send bank account numbers from personal accounts or in unsolicited messages. If an account number reaches you any other way, treat it as fraudulent and check with us first.
Bank transfer
Pay directly into the official AmpereX bank account using the account details AmpereX provides.
Steps
- Confirm your order on WhatsApp or through a quote request to receive the official AmpereX bank account details.
- Transfer the required amount to that account.
- Send the transfer receipt or screenshot back on WhatsApp.
- Your order is processed once the payment has been received and verified.
Conditions
- Orders are processed after the required payment has been received and verified, not when the transfer is initiated.
- Transfer only to account details provided by AmpereX against your order. AmpereX does not send account numbers from personal accounts or unsolicited messages.
- Bank charges levied by the sending bank are borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Pay the courier in cash on delivery. COD is available only in selected situations and locations, subject to courier availability and AmpereX approval.
Steps
- Confirm your order and delivery address on WhatsApp so COD availability can be checked for your destination and product.
- Pay any advance required to confirm the order.
- Keep the remaining amount, including any courier and government charges, ready on the delivery date.
- Inspect the packaging and serial numbers before paying, then pay the courier in cash.
Conditions
- COD is not available on every order. Availability depends on the courier service, destination, product, order value and other applicable conditions.
- For COD orders up to Rs. 30,000, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
- Where the COD amount exceeds Rs. 30,000, the amount above the applicable COD limit must be paid in advance by bank transfer or another approved online payment method.
- Government taxes, GST, courier charges and other applicable fees may be added to COD transactions where required by law or by the courier, and are payable by the customer.
- Cargo services generally do not support COD, so heavy shipments are usually not eligible.
- Not available on custom-built packs, special orders or project deliveries, which follow the project payment terms.
- Refusing a confirmed COD order at the door makes the return freight chargeable to the customer.
Mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

Pay an advance or a full invoice from an EasyPaisa or JazzCash wallet, where AmpereX has approved the wallet for your order.
Steps
- Ask AmpereX to confirm the wallet details for your order.
- Send the required amount from your wallet.
- Share the transaction ID on WhatsApp so the payment can be matched to your order.
Conditions
- Counts as an approved online payment method for advance payments, including the advance required on larger COD orders.
- Wallet transaction limits are set by the wallet provider, not by AmpereX. Larger orders are normally paid by bank transfer.
- Wallet service charges are borne by the customer.
Cash at the Valencia Town store
Pay in cash when you collect in person from the AmpereX store in Valencia Town, Lahore.
Steps
- Confirm stock on WhatsApp before travelling.
- Collect and inspect the batteries at the counter.
- Pay in cash and collect your invoice and warranty registration.
Conditions
- Counter collection is subject to the store opening hours published on the contact page.
- An invoice is issued for every counter sale. Keep it, as warranty claims are matched against it.
- No delivery or COD charges apply to counter collection.
What decides whether COD is available
Cash on delivery is approved order by order. These are the factors that decide it:
- Courier service covering the destination
- Destination city or area
- Product being shipped
- Order value
- Other conditions applied by the courier
If COD is not available for your order, the alternative is bank transfer or an approved online payment method.
Survey, visit and diagnosis charges
Some work is charged before any product is sold. These charges are payable whether or not you go on to place an order.
Site survey, site visit or initial product diagnosis
Rs. 5,000A flat charge for an AmpereX engineer to survey your site, attend your location, or carry out an initial diagnosis of a battery or system.
- The charge is Rs. 5,000 per visit, or per unit where the assessment is of a product rather than a site.
- It covers the assessment itself: load and runtime measurement, inspection of the existing installation or unit, and a written finding.
- It is payable whether or not you go on to place an order, and whether or not the finding is favourable.
- Parts, repair work and installation are quoted separately once the assessment is complete.
- Travel outside the surveyed area may be charged in addition. This is confirmed before the visit is scheduled.
- A warranty inspection on a product still under AmpereX warranty is handled as a warranty claim, not as a paid diagnosis.
Delivery, courier and government charges
The amount you pay is not only the product price. Delivery charges vary per order, and GST, withholding tax and courier or COD charges may be added where they apply. These are set out in full on the delivery and charges page.
- GST, withholding tax, COD charges and other government-mandated taxes and fees may be added to an order where applicable.
- AmpereX is required to collect and charge applicable government taxes and statutory charges under prevailing regulations.
- These charges are not set by AmpereX and are payable by the customer where applicable.
Invoices, receipts and tax
- An invoice is issued for every order, including counter sales, and is the document warranty claims are matched against.
- Keep the invoice and the serial numbers on it. Warranty registration uses both.
- Business customers who need invoicing in a company name should say so before the invoice is issued, as reissuing after payment is not always possible.
Paying for a project
Custom-built packs and commercial installations are not paid the same way as a catalogue order. They follow milestone payments set out in the accepted project quote — see the project delivery terms.
