Product description

The HBJ 4S 50A Hardware BMS is designed for 4S LiFePO₄ battery packs, providing reliable protection and stable performance for 12V-class lithium iron phosphate battery systems. Rated for 50A continuous discharge, it suits medium-to-high current loads - roughly 640W at 12.8V - which makes it a good match for 12V inverters, solar storage banks, UPS and backup systems, portable power stations and light electric vehicles. The hardware-based design keeps protection logic on the board itself, with no app, Bluetooth or programming, so it is dependable in fixed installations that run unattended. Protection covers overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and abnormal temperature, isolating the pack before cells are damaged and reconnecting once conditions return to normal. High-current power connections and durable construction keep heat and voltage drop low under sustained inverter load. This board is rated for continuous load rather than engine starting. For self-start motorcycles and generators that need a 300A cranking surge, choose the HBJ 4S 50A starter BMS; for lighter 12V loads under about 380W, the HBJ 4S 30A is the more economical fit. It is LiFePO₄-only and must not be used with 3.7V Li-ion cells.
