Product description

The HBJ 4S 100A Hardware BMS is a high-current battery management system designed for 4S LiFePO₄ battery packs, providing reliable protection and stable power delivery for 12V-class lithium iron phosphate systems. With 100A continuous discharge - roughly 1,280W at 12.8V - it is built for the heavy end of 12V power: 1000W-class inverters, large solar storage banks, UPS systems carrying several appliances, electric vehicles and high-current DIY packs built from large prismatic cells. The hardware-based design keeps protection logic on the board itself, with no app, Bluetooth or programming, so it runs dependably in unattended installations. Protection covers overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and abnormal temperature, isolating the pack before cells are damaged and reconnecting once conditions return to normal. Heavy-duty high-current connections and robust construction keep heat and voltage drop under control at sustained 100A load. Choose this board when your continuous load exceeds what a 50A BMS can carry. For loads up to about 640W the HBJ 4S 50A is the more economical option, and for engine starting that needs a 300A cranking surge the HBJ 4S 50A starter BMS is purpose-built. This board is LiFePO₄-only and must not be used with 3.7V Li-ion cells.
